I know! Trust me, I have tried everything to replace the oil but this recipe needs it. In the recipe article you can read there are really no substitutes. I haven't tried psyllium husk, but please let me know if that works :) That would be so great!!
@@thegreencreator I heard vegan doctors say that coconut oil is very bad for health. It's like eating meat with its saturated fat so all the benefits of going vegan disappear. That's why I avoid it as much as possible. If it gets hard at room temperature, it also stays hard in our arteries, unfortunately. I will let you know the results with psyllium.
@@thegreencreator I know what you mean but most people use coconut oil on a daily basis for everything. As for myself... I don't like it but I hope psyllium will be fine. Fingers crossed! ;)

@@sandracarli1110 I can imagine when it comes to a day to day diet that any oil is not recommended by certain doctors, but this is a treat :)
