Many japanese Q players have different way of playing the character, one important aspect to bring out Q's best capabilities is good defense and punishment, on the other hand, it doesn't mean you can't be offensive or rushing down, If you look at Kuroda he has a very defensive Q, but nevertheless is really good at rushing down and not letting himself get caught in to weird situations, on the other hand Masa is on the extreme end who just sits on the corner waiting for you to make mistakes, just pure defense. On the other hand you also got TM who plays imo the most offensive successful Q ever, with him things are constantly happening with a lot of Yomis by literally going in.
Because most of the roster has much better normals you're going to usually be on the defensive as Q. Play him and see. You'll find yourself getting out-prioritized or trading blows. With most of his normals you're basically going to have to commit each time you throw one out because hardly any of them are cancellable and IIRC only 1 hit. He has no target combos. Methodical is correct and to be successful as Q you have to have a very strong defense and parry skills.

Qはケンの小、中昇竜と、2回喰らうから不利なんだけどね。読みも良くてすごい👍

hmmm I feel like this matchup with Ken, you get more wins playing slow and methodical instead of aggressive. Leaves too many room for mistakes.
You understand the match. Well said.
