Qatar’s business class puts the first class of every US airline to absolute shame. It’s sad that so many Americans who haven’t left the country have no clue what they are missing.
So does Emirates, etihad, ANA and a few others…. America is too capitalistic. The country that started it but has the crappiest crafts by choice at the expensive of decency….

I did an around the world about 20 years ago. Ticket was booked as business but a couple segments were upgraded to first. From my home in Arkansas, the long haul flew Dallas to Gatwick, Then Bristol to Zurich, Zurich to Singapore where I needed to depart earlier than scheduled because of an airline strike. Singapore to the new airport in Hong Kong, then LA, Dallas and finally home. Crazy and wouldn't want to do it again on a short schedule without a few layovers longer than 1-2 days.
Hi, Will. This was so interesting and brought back good memories for me. I did a RTW(round the world) trip back in the '80's(dating myself here🤣) on a joint fare with Singapore Airlines and TWA. I did spread the time out and it was an eye opening journey for me. It was on 747's all of the way(how I miss the "Queen of the Skies".) I am quite impressed with your stamina on this trip of yours. Guess you got a good rest up back in London. Thanks for documenting this for us. Take care, buddy and have a pleasant week. 👍🤗❤🛫🙏🌎
Epic mate. Love your videos. I'm in Australia and we are stuck, no international travel on the horizon any time soon. Nice to live vicariously through your adventures.

Looks like a wonderful trip! I did an around the world several years ago with Cathay, Qantas, BA, and American all in First. Your video makes me want to do it again. Thanks!
Great video! Must be great to be able to still travel around the world and go home again! We are not allowed to leave, let alone come back into the country...

Amazing journey. I’ve been to all the cities you visited plus the Q suite. Loved the experience from Shanghai to Doha then onto London. You missed Asia but then the whole continent was in lockdown with quarantine at that time. You must do it again and stop by a few cities in Asia next.
When we flew into Hawaii back in July we just had to be fully vaccinated, 1 negative Covid test and fill out an online government form. We stayed in Kona aka “The Big Island”!
Amazing Trip and another awesome video Will! I enjoyed hopping around the world while watching the video specially during lockdowns but also have to admit i also felt your fatigue. That stuffed dog bit was funny. And the comments are correct, that stuffed dog got to travel so much more than i have due to covid. But have to ask, how did you manage to get it on board inside the plane? Since you guys are traveling business/first class they allowed it?
Agree, it was basically LHR to DXB, AUH to JFK, a bunch of domestic flights and then back again via DOH. When not continue on to Japan or South Korea and back to Blighty via DOH?
I've not tried the QR double seat/bed but the single Q Suite is by far the best Business in the sky, I'm sure someone will beat it soon but the service they offer is also awesome.

Qatar’s business class puts the first class of every US airline to absolute shame. It’s sad that so many Americans who haven’t left the country have no clue what they are missing.
I have to say that I was actually much happier when I WAS clueless and flying around US First Class! Ignorance = Bliss! LOL.
We flew sfo-doh last month on the a350 and the double bed was miles beyond any us experience and i could have probably done 25-30 hours in that seat.
So does Emirates, etihad, ANA and a few others…. America is too capitalistic. The country that started it but has the crappiest crafts by choice at the expensive of decency….
That's because Qatar focuses on long-haul, whereas US airlines focus on domestic...
Correction: Qatar’s ECONOMY class puts US Legacy first class to shame
It's funny to realize that stuffed dog has traveled more than me
