In years past, the Cowboys were already named the Superbowl champs.
Now, this year, they are a dumpster fire.
Hmmmm, perhaps this is the year.
No one has labeled them SB champs at any point during the last 28 years. The best they've gotten, like any good team, is the title of SB contender. Just b/c people on TV put them on a list of teams that can win a SB doesn't mean they're saying they will win one.

It's been 28 years dude. We have the worst front office in the NFL. We haven't made it past the divisional round in almost 30 years. No one believes in this franchise. You just use this idea to mock Cowboys fans b/c you have nothing better to do.

Look im not mad about the past few seasons but what really irritates me is supposedly Dallas fans crying because of them going 12-5😂 honestly ive been satisfied with the team because "im not in control of them" i cant fix them or play for them. So i can either cheer and be happy or i can be sad, crying, and miserable. Im gonna be happy because it can be worse but to get rid of these bandwagon fans i kinda hope the next 3 years Dallas goes 5-12 to see of they would be happy. **in the live chat some uneducated liberals really said they would go 5-12 than 12-5 and lose round 1 of the playoffs. So its a win win for me. @@Maintenance63I hear what you’re saying and yes we didn’t win them all BUT …from 1960 -1990 ( 30 years ) the Cowboys were in 5 Super Bowls and numerous championship games ! Compare that to the last almost 30 years where we haven’t hadn’t even seen a NFC Championship game !
Fish, my Gawd, yes, we have "yearly depth" issues.... other teams don't seem to have the cliff fall of talent when a sub comes in. Anthony Brown was our starting CB - no depth, LB, CHAZ FRIGGIN GREEN, Obiguway (whatever his name is was awful coming in at Tackle), WR, NT. Its' glaring in many positions. NOT a big false.

"Take your strength and make it stronger"??? I didn't really view our offensive line last year as a strength. We had guys coming back from injuries, we were rotating in backups almost weekly, and we couldn't run the ball to save our lives.... so.. tell me how that was a strength of ours?
I'm hoping this year, with some Youth infusion and injuries being another year recovered that our line will be overall better than last year.
9-8 or 10 -7 the roster is super suspect .

I don’t think they will be bad this year and they will def make a lot of noise but bar injury you can pretty much crown the Sheagles NFC East Champions. Again bar injury.

12-5 is just hollow because of their playoff misery. For many of us Cowboys fan we will roll our eyes at the regular season getting in as a wildcard or Division champs means nothing. It’s all about winning the superbowl and for 29 long years we’ve not met that goal
Tyrone needed to be done a few years ago. Watch the tape. He doesn't give the same effort on run blocking he once did. He may have the QB's back. But he has dropped WAY off in run blocking. Add to that, he cannot stay healthy for a full season and hasn't for a few seasons. Our Center was undersized and is a big reason why the run game wasn't good. The run stopping defense should be improved because of Zimmer and his scheme. He disguises his looks. The takeaways will likely go down, but the overall defense will improve. They will be more disciplined. When it comes to depth - we don't know yet. Period. I think the offense will be better, so long as the O-Line performs well and we remain healthy. To me, Fish made the one and only true and poignant statement about the 2024 Dallas Cowboys being a "dumpster fire." Lame duck coaching staff and players combined with too much emphasis on marketing. Losing in the playoffs repeatedly is worse because the team refuses to make changes to improve the roster/coaching staff and continue to “run it back” blindly.
