This is the best boss ever, holy shit. Raiden disarms Wham Slam Bam Sam and causes him to Lose his McFucking Marbles, and this somehow makes the fight harder. I mean he straight up *punches you* uwu like he's in goddamn Yakuza (*I love you plays as Majima slams Bontan Hunter's head into the wall*). Dude's got thunder thighs bigger than the.. [mental breakdown over thighs] POWER GRID. Sam will test every single neuron in your corpus callosum with unrelenting and dangerous attacks, strong enough to burn a hole in my Adderall supply. It's not a drug problem, its a drug SOLUTION. And that's just phase 1. God help you when he picks up that sword again. THERE WILL BE BLOOD... SHED!
The moment Sam gained my biggest respect and loyalty to his character is when Jack basically said "he hardly has any cybernetics" my reaction was "its fuckin easy mode, the game is blocking for me, he's still giving me a hard time, fuuckk this guy is good!"
Now that I think about it, not having cybernetics isn’t really impressive. If anything, you’d admire how he didn’t get any and chose to use an exoskeleton so he would at least be on par with cyborgs. The actual impressive thing about him is his endgame level sword and how he’s actually good at using it

If you accept suggestions, let me suggest to leave Armstrong just for "Collective Consciousness" and when you get to "It has to be this way", put *Solidus Snake* from MGS2 in the screen. I know Solidus doesn't appear in Rising but he was Raiden's foster father, ergo the one who set him on the path of Jack the Ripper. Without him, Raiden wouldn't be there to stop Armstrong and Desperado. Besides, I believe that some parts of the song can apply to Solidus too, such as _"trying to make history"_ as he wanted to be remembered as the one who freed America from the Patriots, which can also apply to the part of _"I feel new life will be born beneath the blood stained sand"_ for the sacrifices he was willing to make. The _"it has to be this way"_ also counts as Solidus had to kill Raiden to access the information his neural nanomachines had about the Patriots and Raiden had to kill him in order to survive because if he died, Sunny and Rose would be killed by the Patriots. They had no choice. Just consider it.
