      Defiantly keep up with your videos, I've been an avid YT watcher and have seen channels go from 1k to 300k in months. even a few start and end in the past 6 to 8 years (mostly do to growth from exposure from YT). for me personally I am not a fan of the shorts, however I don't mind when they are used as "coming up" to the main videos. those are helpful. keep it up you guys are amazing!

    I’ve found Tying a vertical bar all the way across ur uprights really makes it strong and holds together when pouring and never have to worry about the bars falling over again.

    I have a question: What is the best type of foundation for a house in the desert?

    • @AllAccessConstruction
      @AllAccessConstruction  Рік тому +1

      Appreciate you checking us out.. As far foundation in the desert.. Don't have any experience with that.. Definitely recommend you contact a structural engineer in the area..

    Do I get an engineer to draw up plans for my house cinder block perimeter wall or can I trust an experience crew to build the wall without plans or permit? Thoughts? Thanks.

    • @AllAccessConstruction
      @AllAccessConstruction  2 роки тому +2

      It's best to get plans.. That way there's absolutely no confusion... Good luck..

    love it. How much did it cost? I'm looking at buy vs build and this is a part of it that I'm curious about from a cost standpoint as all the lots I can find are on a slope.

    Hi Bro, I’m not sure if I missed that part but most engineers always ask for a continuous keyway to lock the wall and the grade beam when is not a monolithic pour, your engineer didn’t call for that? Or is not necessary? ‘Cause sometimes it’s a Bi*** to remove it or keep it in place while pouring.

      We have piers in the grade beam.. The link below shows the whole process

    Living Near a Large Rail Project and It Hurts Me to Witness the Inefficiency and Wasteful Use of Resources and that Poor Equipment (operators don't have to Pay for Equipment, or Manage Repairs...)
    If you Work With Dirt, I feel You "Should" know how Dirt Works🤣
    also they have caused Damage to gaslines, as well the Property Im Currently Living in and Restoring....its Managible Issues but again the Wastefulness Hurts my Soul.
    Gives Me Hopefulness Seeing Folks Workin Smarter Not Harder, and them Curves Are for Sure Sexay🤌
