nah Patty clearly was. I get not wanting to give it to him every year but taking that weak offence all the way was probably the most incredible thing we have ever seen a QB do.
That man was gassed.. layed it all out on the line. McCaffrey you are dog with unbelievable contact balance, burst, heart, versatility and intelligence. Congrats on a historic season, deserved a chip!
Imagine if he didn’t waste so much of his prime in Carolina. He’s putting together a HOF resume and I hope he can win one Super Bowl before he retires. CMC is the best in the game and should have a couple more great years to come.
Sick of great college players having to go to the Carolina plantation. More players should refuse drafting so they don't have to be hampered by inept organizations and kept in obscurity
Also, more white skill players in the league please. Clearly there's justification much more of a balance than there is. I'm sick of how this league operates.

People still don't realize what they're seeing with McCaffrey. He's third all-time in scrimmage yards per game, behind only Jim Brown and Barry Sanders. He's scored 81 TDs in 91 games. 3 more seasons with even 15 TDs (he had 21 this year) will put him in the top 12 all time, with Jim Brown, Walter Payton and Adrian Peterson.

This man deserve a SuperBowl Championship at some point. Was insane at CP and been phenomenal at 49ers... one of my favourite RBs to watch in the last few years. Incredible athlete
felt so bad for the whole 49ers team, bad play calling kept the offense in 2nd and long and 3rd and long situations most of the night, instead of letting mccaffrey and Mitchell just pound it down their throats on first down they tried bonehead throws that often went incomplete.
Chiefs fan here, I know we won against the niners but give credit to the man we couldn’t stop him if our life depended on it!

As a lifelong Seahawks fan (with a strong dislike for the 49ers), I absolutely LOVE watching this guy. Mad respect for the best RB I’ve seen in a while. 👏🏼🙌🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
I think what this man did is still overlooked, he really proved that a great RB can carry a offense and the position are still relevant

CMC chirping at Ahkello Witherspoon after that sideline run vs. the Rams. CMC plays with a HUGE competitive chip on his shoulder.
He's fast and outruns linebackers, safeties and a fair number of cornerbacks. He's reads blocks exceptionally well. He is slippery in slow, congested traffic. He jukes guys out of their drawers. He won't be arm-tackled. He high-steps over ankle tackles. He busts through hip tackles. He powers for short yardage in first-down and goal-line situations. He is a great blocker -- not just for his size -- even taking on defensive ends. He has the best hands of any running back in the NFL. He is a great receiver out of the backfield and not just on swing passes or hot routes. He runs deep routes out of the backfield. When lined up in the slot, he's one of the best slot receivers in the game. He is a very precise route runner and is plenty fasat enough to play wide receiver. He has a very high football IQ. He has blazingly quick reflexes. He is relentless and wants to play every down. He runs every fake handoff or decoy route as if he is the primary on the play. He is Jerry Rice-like on his off-season conditioning. His body is a weapon that combines power, quickness, speed, agility, durability, and endurance.
When he came out of college, a lot of internet "experts" said he was too small, too slow and two fragile to become even the regular RB for a team, much less a top running back. They said he'd be out of the league in a few years. Now they're saying the same mistake with Purdy.

One of the 9ers biggest mistakes was not riding CMC the whole way home ... Shanahan tried to put the game in Purdys hands and they lost because of it .. just my opinion tho ..
After the CMC Fumble, Mason and Mitchell should have been used. Mason and Mitchell are great backup RBs..

He's not as fast as he was especially after all the injuries but he's definitely more polished as a true RB. He should have been mvp over That overrated Lamar Jackson.
