Thanks Joel! Finally, a reaction that I agree with! Tamu Murata wrote the Music and Lyrics, except for the guitar solos (written by Saki and Hazuki). Kensuke Akiyama did the mixing and editing on both the US. and Japanese versions; with only very subtle differences between them. I too, like the Whisky a Go Go version the best! Tamu puts out 100%! And you would expect that! It's her song! When I first heard "Innocently", Senri Kawaguchi was performing it. It wasn't until 3 years later, that I found out Tamu WROTE it! Tamu wrote the entire chart, ALL INSTRUMENTS!
My favourite Nemophila song! Thank you!
Holy dam brother, thank you! The song is freakn filled with emotion from start to finish! Wow!💪🏼
Game over one greatest songs of today. The guitars are so good in this song . I get teared up every time I hear but it's Saki and Hazuki why wouldn't I .they are 2 of the best guitarist out there
Joel! The only changes between the US. and Japanese versions were made by Kensuke Akiyama. He cut back treble on the snare mic and added bass response to the third small tom and both floor toms for the US. version.
I IMAGINE MAYU SINGING HER BABY TO SLEEP. 😇😇😇
Hey Joel nice reaction. I can never get enough of this band. I don’t know why for sure. However, I love the 7-string guitars along with my personal favorite Tamu with Mayu and Haraguchi. If I get my, “S” together in the next few days, I’ll send a priority request for Marty Friedman. He will be supporting another band in the US on a few select dates in February. Regardless of his talent (off the chain), he has been supporting all of these fabulous Japanese bands and deserves some love. Especially as an American!!! If you love the Japanese music scene and are around, please reciprocate.
Well Said Mike!
@@Russ.Murphy Are you going to either Houston, or Dallas? I’m purchasing airfare to Japan as a backup tomorrow. Thank You.
@@Russ.Murphy Thanks Russ. Unfortunately, I missed the backstage tickets. PayPal closed out before the official end time for overseas fans. My mistake, but still wanting them. Email me your Japanese size, if I can get a T-shirt, banner or something. You’ve certainly been supporting them enough.
@@michelm.6033 Mike! Do they have club dates in Houston?! If so, please let me know where! I'll shoot you an E-Mail shortly! Thanks! Russ
@@Russ.Murphy White Oak Music Hall was advertised a while ago. Probably under John 5. 2/23/24
I've said this before but I'll say it again. If you could take any Nemophila or Lovebites song and drop it onto MTV in 1985 they would have owned everybody. They're the real deal.
I didn't notice either. It's hard to remember back to the 1rst when the 2nd is playing. I don't even know where to buy a CD in the US now. Could the difference be in the digital coding? Maybe the US one is made for download.
I know Babymetal and Band-Maid have both done the different versions trick with the only different being the cover photo.
Hey Jeff! Did you get my email reply? I see your comment is from a few days ago. I’m not sure on this, but I believe before they released a CD they released a few songs domestically. They were popular enough to release it internationally (English) version. Then their first and subsequent CDs came out. This is on their first CD Revive. Do you have time for the Budokan? Four of my top five bands are performing within six weeks! I can’t afford to stay that long.
@@michelm.6033 Hi Michel. I didn't receive your email. I just sent you one.
See my main comment, it's for you too.
@@michelm.6033 Mike! Once Again! Have a GREAT time in Japan! Best Wishes! Russ
This is one of those songs that you can't skip while listening to the album. I really like the studio version because it allows your mind to drift into the music and feel the song a lot more when you are not focusing on the visuals. And for all the people who skip this song for the more heavy, fast tracks, shame on you.
