Objective:

1. Open the software called Minvo.
2. Upload the sermon video to Minvo by either uploading it directly or pulling it from the church's UA-cam channel if it is already published.
3. Use the "Make the Shorts from a Video" option.
4. Go to the "Import" section and select the video to be clipped.
5. Determine the specific part of the sermon that will be clipped by finding the start and end times.
6. Set the duration of the short to be between 30 to 60 seconds.
7. Choose additional features like magic frame, magic media, and emoji based on preference.
8. Customize the logo or sign to be added to the video using Canva or other design software.
9. Click on "Create Shorts" and wait for the process to complete (approximately 15 minutes).
10. View the clipped videos and make any necessary edits or additions, such as adding a logo or changing the title.
11. Download the clipped videos or schedule them for posting on the church's UA-cam channel.
12. Repeat the process for each sermon that needs to be clipped and uploaded.
