Yeah, just make sure it connects and is a basic power wire set-up. I would be tempted to ask LAS Fit if they have a longer wire. Or get two of theirs and splice them together.
I alternate between an A7R3 w/ 24-70mm 2.8 and a Sony ZV1 depending on lighting and how much moving I am going to do. And a GoPro Hero 9 Black for car meets. I do recommend the ZV1 quite a bit, nice quality and good size. amzn.to/3EZaPwA Don't forget that your smart phone with a nice mic added is always a good option too if you are just starting and deciding if you really want to put money into it.
@@RobsAutos ok I have a multi pack as well. Just want to make sure I use the right one. First time ever doing something like this so wanted to double check!
@@RobsAutoshey sorry another question. Doing the install tomorrow. Does the way you ran the cable into your cabin let water in? I prefer to run the cable your way instead of cutting a hole
The switch panel can be easily taken off by itself with a pry tool. Save ya self some time in future 👍
Good setup, hidden lightbar-can’t beat it
I love that you re used the air jams.
I have a strong dislike for extra parts sitting around lol
Super helpful video! Installed mine with no problem, took me around 2-3 hours 😅
Same lol
Will be doing this next thanks for the great video!
Thank you!
Lasfit makes some really nice affordable LED light bars the style of the lights 👍👍👍👍
Super clean look and fit!
Completely changes up the front!
1337 TRD!?!? dude you got my sub just for that plate!!! :P great video thank you
Thanks! Counter Strike FTW!
Thanks! Got me confident to do it myself.
It’s lengthy, but definitely DIY-able
Nice video, I'm a bit disappointed in the light beam spread, I was expecting it to be much wider.
Can you use a different wire system? I noticed it's 10 feet, but not long enough to reach my roofrack.

Hello! Did you connect 2 reds from the switch to the 1 on the light bar?
Hey rob what camera setup do you use to film your installs? I’m trying to start.

At the moment I have a Sony 6500 which I know is a crop sensor, I also have a Sony dsc rx100m4. The lenses I have are a 35mm 2.8 and a 50mm.
@@AFGixxeR88 well if either of them can use an external microphone than you are good to go for a great starting set up
@@RobsAutos have you looked into the dji or RHODE wireless mic? I know previously people used shotgun mics onboard the camera
@@AFGixxeR88 I’m using the Rhode wireless mic in this video, and most of my previous review videos
Great install! Do you have any additional road noise from this?
No additional road noise!
@@RobsAutos Thank you!
I love in AZ I’m worried about heat. Does this block airflow?
It will a little bit, it’s partly why I didn’t get the taller light bar. Didn’t want to completely cover the bottom airflow wise
Can you use the original ones? Instead of the Cali raise ones?
@@kevinalvarez3377 the switch? Well there wasn’t a switch in that spot.
The brackets sorry
Can you send me a link for the relay you used please 🙏
The relay came with the lights
Ahh perfect!! I just ordered the switch from Caliraised so I will be doing install soon. Thank you for a very easy to follow instructional video
Hey what size crimp connectors did you use?
Oh man, I don’t remember. I had a multi pack of a whole bunch of sizes

@@bseti1151 nope, no water gets in :)
Sweet. Thanks!
Can you fit 2 lasfit lightbars in the same location?
In theory yes, but you need the right brackets to do it. Maybe even custom fab.
Too much spot in that arrangement
