    First of all food industry should use recyclable plastic covers instead of multilayer covers...I was thinking about the same some days ago... Instead of contributin to CSR they should invest in recyclable plastic covers if it is costly...I collect all recyclable plastic and sell it to kabadi wala nd love with less guilt of polluting environment...

    This will create more problem of micro plastic and concrete can't be reused if mixed with plastics. Not a good idea IMO.

    Okay but what about natural processes, like erosion, rain and hail slowly chipping away, or wreckage and demolition, all releasing microplastics even more far spread ever?

      Да ,много добре обяснихте проблема който ще се прояви само след няколко години. Като добавим и екстремни температури 50°по Целзий в страни като Индия, процесите на разпадане ще се ускорят значително !

    Unfortunately, using plastic waste in this way is essentially adding to the areas micro plastic situation. Smaller plastic is like way worse for humans than big plastic.

    What an innovation and an innovative idea to turn plastic wastages into tiny flakes, and then mixing them with sand and cement, to make bricks like standard ones, truly remarkable, and no word is enough to define such an astronomical thought, and then, put that into action, I salute to the innovators, for not only show a path to people of this planet, but also saving it, from getting diluted.

    better this process shown is mix 20-30% shredded plastic waste with sand/C&DSwaste/soil/etc avilable locally and pass thru hot excuder machine used to making plastic products and than use the molten paste into hydrulic dye like show to press and make hollow blocks instead of bricks since blocks r more economical along with giving thermal insulation. since using cement in process again increase carbon footprint of the bricks and above said process make blocks/bricks faster to sell instead of waiting for curing n hardening of bricks before selling like show in video.

    I have always known that plastics can be either re-cycled or re-used. No part of plastic is a waste if thought out properly. In india and a few other countries, waste plastics are used in road construction among other things.

  • @MalaysiaBarista
    @MalaysiaBarista Рік тому +2

    They are just using plastic as fillers for the cement bricks . So instead of say putting more cement or sand , they put plastic . Plastic found in trash probably cost less than sand . The problem with plastic is , under heat (40-60 celcius) such as roads or exposed surfaces to the sun in tropical countries , the strength of the plastic will be drastically lowered . So it’s like normal cement brick with sand but with 20-30% less strength .
