A million congratulations Halo and Chief! You definitely win the award for "Best Trail Vlog" of 2021. Even when it was tough you always kept it positive. You never (that I can recall) said "finally", like "we finally got to Oregon" or such nonsense. And you weren't afraid to be stoopid goofy. It made watching your vids a treat. All the best with whatever comes next, and never forget, you ARE full of baked goods. Yes you are.

The smile on chief’s face when she approached the terminus, the realizations at 1.8 out… the parent soccer tunnels… I don’t know how i found this channel 3 months and change ago but it’s been a nagging itch all summer and I am so grateful… lesson? Just spend more time with your kids, friends, strangers making the world a better place as you do what you love … would love to hear how things are going…. The realities of not hiking… be well and thank you

I have to admit I teared up watching you guys complete this journey! Our two sons - The Brothers" will do the same thing today 9/5/21. I want to personally to thank you guys for the epic vlog. You have allowed my wife and I to "Walk with our sons" as they walked because of the timing. Your video releases perfectly coincided with our sons trek so we could actually walk with them the same day they are walking! Thanks soooo much! We are so proud of you guys and actually I do not know what I will do with my time once this is over. We pick up our sons tomorrow 9/6/21 at Harts pass. Love you guys!

An epic end to an epic journey! Congratulations to all of you! Thank you for sharing your wonderful journey, experiences and advice along the way. I hope that you all feel not only the sense of the enormity of your accomplishment, but a deep satisfaction of the reason of remembrance and honor for your family members for which you dedicated your hike in the first place. It gives me more inspiration to attempt the trail myself in the coming years/years... hopefully it will not have all burnt down in the meantime. All the best to all of you and everyone who has watched and shared this journey and challenges with all of you.

I count myself as fortunate that I discovered you guys at the beginning of your adventure. Thank you for the vicarious joy and true inspiration you brought to me. Sadly, my Tahoe Rim sojourn was delayed by fire and smoke, but perhaps I will try again soon since our California summers now last about 8 months. If you two ever decide on going for the triple crown I will again be an ardent follower.

I'm here in my home in Bend on this very smokey day(which I image you are experiencing too in Sisters) and I happened upon one of your posts this morning on Sept 4, 2021, as I was contemplating doing a south sister summit this week and ended up watching the whole darn journey. Chapeau to both of you and I think you both deserve several Ocean Rolls now that you're home.
