Not so long ago, I complained to the doctor about chronic back pain. He said that my stretches back pain could have come from sitting at the office chair for a long time and warned me that ignoring the root of the problem, which is lower back pain, could lead to osteoporosis, sciatica, and in general, serious illnesses.
So how to relieve sciatica without letting it arise?
The doctor recommended buying a memory foam seat cushion and using it on every day basis.
I went on Amazon and could not choose - there are too many pillows for chronic back pain relief out there! Honestly, neither reading product reviews, nor searching for reviews on UA-cam, did not make it clear which pillow I should choose. Therefore, I decided to buy the best pillows and record this video comparison so that it would be easier for you to navigate.
I found the bestsellers on Amazon and ordered each of the 4 best seat cushions: SoftaCare, Everlasting Comfort, Comfi Life and Extreme Comfort.

The only difference according to his "recommendation" was the back part, which only one had, so the "comparison" is useless. But he doesn't have the decency to say this. If he had been honest, he would have simply said, "I chose the cushion with the back."
