㊗！新スタジオ完成！！。広い空間になったことで、より海が近くに感じられるようになりましたね。
天井の付近は熱い空気がよどんでいて、思った以上に暑くて大変ですね！。お疲れさまでした！！。
撤去した梁を安易に処分するのではなく、新しい部材に流用したのは、とても素敵でした。それまで、このお家が温めてきた人達の思いを大切に持ち続けて行くように感じられました。
これからは、新しいスタジオにお知り合いで、すてきな思いを集めて下さい！！。
広い空間は本当に贅沢です。

この夏は熱海までチャリ漕いで行こうと思ってたけど、夏休みに入った途端にたった１０日のウォーキングとスクワットで腸脛靭帯炎に。。。
年取るとＯ脚になるって本当だ。
トレーニングし直し。。。
９月に入ってプールウォーキングから再開。
