First British politician in my lifetime who doesn't come across as self-serving, dishonest and slimy. Jeremy Corbyn for Prime Minister!

I'm an SNP supporter & voted yes to independence. If he does manage to become PM then I dunno. Saying that Scottish labour are a complete joke! Be interesting to see what he does with those lying to rags! Jeremy & Nicola will get on fine!

3:53 "They can't work with Corbyn, they will be dissidents, a badge he [Corbyn] wore all his political life"
Dissident. Dictionary definition: _noun_ a person who opposes official policy, especially that of an authoritarian state.
They're not dissidents. They're just throwing a tantrum.
And Corbyn hasn't worn it his whole political life. Just when it was necessary.

How narrow-minded and petulant of any Labour MP who refuses to work with Corbyn. Does everyone have to agree with them in order for them to "join the party"? If they're not willing to negotiate, and tolerate different opinions, then parliament is better off without them!

4 years later comrades. Where are we?
Let me put it to you this way:
    - We've survived operation Barbarosa (The chicken coups).
    - We stopped the fascists at Stalingrad (2017 GE).
    - It's now 2019, it's do or die.
    We. Are. At. Kursk.
We won't get unconditional victory if we win, but we'll get a guarantee that will come. This battle will define the rest of the century.
Cowards will flinch, traitors will sneer. Don't bottle it now. You know what to do.
    Let's fucking do it!!!

This threads full of assertion, but no deeper analysis, a reflection of the level of discourse we've fallen to & of modern media. Looks like McLuhan had a point! :D

+Jimbo Jones People live busy lives. They are distracted by multiple tv channels and social media. They are emotionalized by soap operas, and no longer receive a proper education in schools, which these days are out of control.
This is why people often make quick assertions and don't develop their arguments.
