Great video, very close detail and focused add some verbal detail on tensions such as the clutch spring. Again Great job and the showing of the stator and ease of cover removals.
Can't tell how he did it, but for my 87 GL1200A I used a mini bench top press from Harbor Freight, then places a adjustable oil filter on over the center of the spring landing on the spring. Pressing that down with the press released pressure on the retainer ring to the get the circlip out.
@@MotorbikeGarage603 Thank you. Because i was just searching for these keys for these nuts, but, it seeems as they ar ehaving a little biggr ( KM4) and a little smaller (KM3) keys/nuts, but just not these ones for 23/28 mm . We will see if we can buy something more right, tomorrow , here in the old Eu, to dissassemble the engine apart, because of one piston not having compression. Thank you. Peace with you from old Eu.

I used a c clamp to remove it, but did something similar to how you did on reassembly with a press
@@MotorbikeGarage603 Thanks. But, why was that key not fitting at : 9:25 ? Thank you.
@bustjanzupan1074 The tool I was using wasn't the right one. It was for a different size nut, so I had to improvise.
