For context at one point during the stream I realized how many pace runs I had thrown in the session most likely because I knew I was on pace. So I took a towel, covered up part of my monitor that had livesplit and ran without knowing if I was on pace or not. It's safe to say that strat worked out very well to getting the sub 8.
