Every time I hear this track I start crying. It reminds me of my first wife. She was taken away in 1994 a few years before this song came out. I remember the movie where Jack and Rose are reunited at the end. If that happens to me on my death then all the pain I have been through since the day she left will be worth it.

My brother has a wife taken then a son then a second wife and two granddaughters in one instance. I still can not understand the pain and loss he feels. But I do feel pain. . We are miles apart at myself never had closer. So I still feel the pain of loss every day for them and myself

God. Every time I hear Celtic woman, I have no words, because sometimes words can't even describe the purity of their voice, radiantly stunningly beautifully brilliantly angelic.
105 years ago RMS Titanic was lost to the sea along with 1500 souls. In memory of all lost i dedicate this song. April 14-15 1912 thru April 14-15 2017.

Actually when she sank she was about 3- 4 days into the crossing, at that time a week was how long it took to cross the Atlantic.
Actually, there were quite a few survivors that were rescued from their lifeboats when the RMS Carpathia was able to arrive, sadly this would be 4 hours after they got a response from that ship, and the Titanic had at best 2 hours before completely sinking D:
So those survivors had to wait in the fridged air for 2 hours till the RMS Carpathia could arrive D:
What some likely DON'T know is that another ship could have made it there sooner....ALOT sooner, the SS Californian, which never made any attempt to act. Their inaction cost many more lives, it is said that if the SS Californian had acted as they should have, they would have arrived in time to save everyone or a heck of alot more people then just the 705 people who were in lifeboats while the rest of the passengers either drowned or died from exposure to the freezing water when they couldnt get into the lifeboats. I...actually prefer this to Celine Dion's version, and this is personally the best I've ever heard the group. The diversity of voices really brings out a new depth to their music. And I've followed this group for the last decade or so, so I've heard all of their albums. :)

I have loved Celtic Woman since the original line up. But I have to say that having Eabha and Susan has really made a difference in their sound, with both ladies singing alto. I love that I can sing along with them because they sing in my range. I love the sopranos and mezzo sopranos but I have to drop my voice about an octave lower to sing with them. (Meav, for example, is a coloratura soprano but sounds fantastic singing lower as well. Meav's version of Oro Se Do Bheatha Bhaile is gorgeous. If I could sing in Gaelic I would love to do that song!)

Anyone else love all the members of Celtic Woman? It's sad to see old members leave, but who they started with is not the only point of Celtic Woman....Celtic Woman is ANY group of amazing feminine voices coming together to perform and sing beautiful music for us.
It really does not matter who is in it, so long as they can sing, and carry that Celtic- legacy one way or another.
It's still the same Celtic Woman group, but with newer great voices.
If the quality is still there - what should it matter what girls are in the group?
I find it sad that these girls now, are getting some flack for....not being the originals - despite keeping the heart of Celtic Woman alive and also having equally powerful voices.
Change is not bad - change can be for the better.....

Lovely performance. I especially loved the bridge. I really like this formation of Celtic Woman too. I liked the older members (especially Lisa Lambe and Chloe) but the older line ups also felt very robotic to me. It's cool to see VS evolves over time.

I lost my biological mother back in 2004 when I was 14 years of age. This movie came out before then. This was her favorite song at the time. I had it played at her funeral. Now Everytime I hear this song I start to tear up or break down and cry. It's been 17 years now. I miss her so much.

Yes, they look pretty, they sound pretty, I love their music. But for me it also remains a bland aftertaste. I never heard them sing live. It is not very special to sing clean tones in the studio.
