- A tutorial for creating a robot in Cyberbotic's Webots simulation software. Topics include starting a a world, adding nodes, adding ultrasonic/led/camera sensors, importing .vrml files, physics, and bounding objects.
I made this as part of a project at Iowa State University.

Great , straightforward tutorial. Well done!
I reproduced it and I added some code to make it work. Good work
it's 2024 here, and I still found this video very useful for my case, clear explanation !

Amazing vidieo!!! Is it possible to display simulation view(webots) on C# ?
Thanks a lot. Please upload more tutorials
love this video from sri lanka.
Great Work. Congratulations! 😁👍🏼
Can you make more videos on webots..?
Like simultion on this robot and adding features.
wow it's a great tutorial, thanks
Hi just found your channel, Firstly thank you for making this tutorial. Are you planning on continue making videos like these in Future? Plus I subscribed your channel :)
Good Work!!!
Hmm.. my model always seems to fall down :( Gravity and Physics were turned off....could you recommend me some other programs like this that are Mac-friendly (and by Mac I mean macOS)
About the falling, i just solved it, go to physics and change the mass and density to lower values than 1000, your object is probably too heavy for the arena.

Helpful video! Is it possible to upload 3D models from a CAD software like solidworks to Webots?
Absolutely! Check your measurements and scale and then save as a .wrl file which I think is an option in the save section.
Ty for tutorial :D
Hey...How do I donload that HC SR04 sensor's file?
I usually download models from GrabCad or similar websites with free files. You may have to convert to a .vrml or .wrl file type. if you want the exact file I used (and converted), it is on my git. Feel free to use it. Additionally solidworks and blender both save/export models as VRMLs, in case you know either of those. Thanks for asking, and good luck on your robotics projects.
Nice video. :D
could you share, the code, if possible. it would really helpful to complete this project for educational purposes... highly appreciable. and thank you so much for tutorial
Thanks for asking. I added a link in the description.
@@katzgisi8436 appreciated, but didn't get the code. only 3D file and .stl file are there.
I need help
So do we all
i studied in isu,hahaha
