Snails from the rice fields or the sea are really good. Grasshoppers (they are not ordinary grasshoppers--they eat every green thing in their path--rice, etc.), we call them APAN in the Phillipines, great when cooked dried.

Bro definitely buy a jar of that seasoning it’s rare stuff can’t buy it in the city no matter how much money you have 😂. Dude perfect collaboration if you do a video with Trang. The food in that area is a little bit more sour because of the available ingredients which is hard finding other places plus preserving pickling food in the North is a big thing. 🍻🍻👍👍

    One question, if I may?
Lots of food, particular fresh meats etc. sems to be openly displaced in VN.

While I am waiting for the 35 minutes advertisement to finish, (this was probably 40 minutes because it's been playing for a while before I decided to look and caught it at 34 minutes remaining time), what was the sour agent they use (green leaves)? I was thinking, could it be from a Tamarind tree? In the Philippines, Snails are cooked in coconut milk and it's the only way I would eat a snail. They'll prepare it with a little bit of spice and it is so good my boy... if you go back to Manila, you should look for it and try it...
