They should have stuck with Jenny as Mike's romantic interest instead of Rachel. She is better than her in every way. Plus having a regular character outside the firm gives the show a much needed variety.

You ever watch Vanessa on Blue Bloods? She act’s completely different there, especially in the romance scenes with Jamie/Will Estes.
