Plastic can be stilled to make gasoline... Can gasoline be remixed to make virgin pellets?

they are NOTTT harzadous for motorists. Motorists drive TOOOO FAST and they have No regard for a waste collector, yet the same motorists need a CLEAN street ! as a Motorist, you will BARELLLY ever cross paths with ONNNNNE recycler PER WEEK and usually in a very RELAXED street, the patience needed from you and inconvenience caused to you AS A MOTORIST . . . is SO MINISCULE (barely 5 to 7 seconds!!) it is Not even WORTH the hooting and finger pointing.
