How Minneapolis is addressing a housing shortage

Here in Minnesota, the nonprofit Up for Growth estimates we’re 106,000 homes short of what we need. But as National Consumer Correspondent Ash-har Quraishi found, in Minneapolis they've got a strategy to create more housing.
