I think Tam Tam would be a quick snack when you travel by train or car and tummy filling too.... Those penda remind me of dharwad peda of karnataka very similar..... Peda ka softness by pressing it.... whatae innovation something new.... Next to Raju omelette shop you have patanjali health shop accha kao aur accha sehath banao..... What I have noticed in Gujarath is there are lot of bazaars like sarafa bazaar where its a gated street food place you can eat whatever you like ...this type of places should be there every where in India so that at one place you get everything selfcontained...... The matka biryani looked so yummy and innovative that I wanted to put my hand inside the monitor and take a bite from your plate..... the paneer angara also looked so different and yummy.... You have to come empty stomach to eat all these mouth watering delicacies.... Pan ka bunty kaise ho saktha hai.... lekin pan ka innovation agar southindia mai aajatha toh tsunami aajayega...

i missed Jagdish farsan.... feeling so bad... wilth so much recommendation also i missed... i reached Vadodra at 1.30 pm despite starting at 6 am high from traffic that da between surat and Vadodara.... then left at 1.15 am... reached back surat at 5.30 am... it was like 24 hours out ......

Oh I miss vadodara. Tears in my eyes after seeing my city after such a long time. Nice mixture in terms of the food you rated but you missed few key points in Vadodara and included few passable points. Raju Omlet is nothing special, it's famous because most Gujaratis are vegetarians and they don't cook anything related to egg in their home, so for them omelette is like freaking mutton stew, lol. My mum can cook better omelette/egg curry than them and they fool the gujaratis by charging 180-200 for that. any dhaba in the muslim predominant area will give you better quality than them and at a cheaper rate. Same goes for that matka pulav(not biryani), classic example of how to not make a biryani and again they charge 180 for that shit. I can eat chicken/mutton biryani at Moti mahal in ahmedabad for that much. Vadodara is famous for farsaan(snack foods), best in the world. You went to Tam tam(good choice) but missed Jagdish farsaan, lalakaka na bhajiya. My point is you could have included more in the farsaan side and exculded the fake biryani and omelette stuff. As you mentioned, Ahmedabad and surat are big on food and that is 100% correct, they are much better in terms of food, veg, non veg, anything. Main course food in my city is honestly not that special.
U are correct but maji Sainik is better then them he can even have enjoy non veg in vadodara.in.jetalpur there.is small vendor which sells chick en samosa

You could have got that from railway station, or any place & can shoot the video in your car or train. Anyways ,content was superb . Have been away from baroda for past 2 years and your video made me feel nostalgic again :)
So worthwhile watching your video Harish bhai !!! maja aagaya Sev usal reminded misal pav of maharashtra yet it is different cheese masala sev something new amazed seeing tam tam i could count 23 different varieties mixed that penda looked same like babusingh thakur peda of dharwad karnataka (this peda you can crush it add little milk stir it and eat or crush and mix it in cold kheer) dum matka biryani aka shahi pulav was awesome and even paneer angara the level of innovation paan with iccream chocolate paan and other 16 paan flavours its next level !!!

As you mentioned, Ahmedabad and surat are big on food and that is 100% correct, they are much better in terms of food, veg, non veg, anything. Main course food in my city is honestly not that special.

U are correct but maji Sainik is better then them he can even have enjoy non veg in vadodara.in.jetalpur there.is small vendor which sells chick en samosa

You had to try bhakharvadi and leelo chevdo from jagdish farsaan which is speciality of baroda
missed... i was told about this but it got so late we started at 6 am and reached Vadodara at some 1.30 pm.. that day traffic was high...left at 1.15 am... back to surat... so just missed going to Jagdish farsan...
You could have got that from railway station, or any place & can shoot the video in your car or train. Anyways ,content was superb . Have been away from baroda for past 2 years and your video made me feel nostalgic again :)
