In our showroom is this amazing 1970 Dodge Dart. This Dart has been rotisserie restored and custom built into a street beast. Under the hood sits a Built 440 cubic inch V8 engine with 915 Heads, Roller Rockers, Steel Crank, Forged Pistons and MSD Ignition. The engine is partnered with a Built A727 Torqueflite automatic transmission and Dana 60 Posi Rear End. In addition to the underside being finished in a shiny back finish like the top of the car, it has also been upgraded with widened rear wheel wells, Subframe Connectors, Calvert Racing Springs and Caltrac Bars. Brakes have been upgraded with front Disc with added Line Lock. Both Brake and Fuel lines have been upgraded to Stainless Steel Braided Lines. Keeping things cool are dual Spal Fans with custom shroud and Aluminum Radiator. There is a nitrous system with seperate fuel system that has not yet been used. This is a new build with only test miles, so you will be the first owner to use and enjoy this car! You don't see these beauties on the streets every day, let alone one in the immaculate condition of this one. Everything inside and out of this Dodge is spectacular!

I owned a 1970 Dodge Dart, red with black vinyl top and the 226 slant six with Torquflite automatic. I was a Mopar fanatic when Chrysler was independent. Did migrate to a 1985 Dodge Aries but watching your video now regret I ever let the Dart go.
This is one bad ass Dart!!! What a beautiful paint job! I like the earlier Darts but this one would be one I would love to have in my garage. What an amazing build.
Anybody know if the super stock 2pc springs will work on a street strip car. I definitely won't be beating it up on the roads wink 😉

The 70 Dart is a sweet looking car I had a 70 Dart Swinger with a 340 and that thing was fun as hell so a Dart with a 440 is got to be crazy fun love the dog dish caps on the steel rim look to it's a sweet car no doubt about it
I watch this vid every month or so for inspiration.
This car has so many styling cues similar to my dad's '70 Galaxie - fender shape and corner lights, dish hub caps, rectangular speedometer, similar armrests, landau roof. Brings me back many years
It looks like an undercover police car! It looks cool, and I find those headers wicked!!
And it all fits under the stock hood which is f'n bad ass.
This car is really well done and heads above the rest!
this is one of the nices cars i have seen non of the unnecessary junk that most people put on theses car...a real class A build keeping everything original interior of the car and not hacking the metal or over compensating or destroying the look of the car great job who ever put this car together

There was an all black Dart that used to terrorize the streets where I lived back in the 80s and it was such a mean looking car and this car looks exactly like it, I loved it.

I do.. also recommend the KYB gas adjust shocks.. between the twins both 68 Dodge Darts.. her and mine.. night and day difference.. and you can always paint them black.. built in Japan.. not China or Taiwan.. and priced right..
