I can completely understand why you left Holland. Clinical knowledge of low T related problems here is terrible. Optimising hormones is close to non existent. And you're spot on about the (masculine)women unfortunatly.
Same for Germany. Gotta do DIY TRT here if you need it, aren’t 45+ and want a decent protocol (not 200 mg once every month or some shit like that)

Interesting Rich said he chilled out more after TRT. I have the same experience. When my test was low I was on edge and people walked on eggshells around me. Nowadays that I’m dialed in, I’m way more calm and happy and it takes a lot more to get me going.
Vigorous Steve is the real deal guys. Please throw him a subscribe, he’s one of the best guys in the fitness industry hands down.
I have been on low dose T since January and the other day I had my labs done at the VA. I get an email yesterday from my PCM (a really fat woman) saying I need to immediately stop my T therapy because my T is slightly high and a couple blood values are elevated related to clotting factors. I replied and told whoever sent me the email that I would not be stopping, that a sudden stop is a terrible idea regardless, that she does not have particular knowledge of hormone treatments, that she better refer me to an endocrinologist before talking about TRT, and that I am under the supervision of a fully licensed professional who does specialize in TRT. I also pointed out that she does not have a suitable alternative and likes to play hostage taker with my lab values every time we talk.
She's probably a man-hater.
I just watched a video about the VA not being the best place to get advice re. Trt
They recently mailed some flyer that was a crappy photocopy of a form dated in 2014 that supposedly is some kind of confirmation that a T level of 200 is normal and not at all a problem. Of course I will continue with the TRT clinic and go along with her ideas

I asked my doctor about getting a blood test and he looked at me like I was crazy lol. Granted I only go to the doctor once every couple years but still my insurance covers the basic blood test so might as well.
When he mentioned shoulders like boulders he was mixing him up with Derek from MPMD lol
My doctor wont even show me my labs! Really bad in America and the insurance wont cover blood work without of script!

HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin hormone

Pituitary -> adrenal cortex produces androgen which converts to testosterone
I live in Aus & to get DHEA I need a prescription. Found an Ebayer who doesn't give a stuff & ships directly to Aus
Tbh honest i want to see this when chad/alpha taking the girl which is in relationship. It can be like those film about golddoggers or something
United States Constitution Article 1 Section 10 Obligation of contracts. You loose in court because of the marriage license. I would love to have a private conversation with you to explain how we as men can change that and fix the diminishing return vs. responsibility in current marriages.

i got on at 26. tested at 330 ng/dl.
