The James Clyde models in Pinnacle are a different market than those up in Homestead. Same quality from what I saw but less lavish, smaller size, and cost less - by 1/2.
There is absolutely some truth to that. Their quality and level of build is going to be similar, but you will find more modest finishes, not as many extra luxury touches, and definitely smaller floorplans as the lots in Pinnacle will be much smaller than Homestead.
@@LivinginBoiseTVif all the lots were at least one acre the houses would look more appealing to the home buyers because they would have some more space and privacy!
It’ll be interesting to see. We are so starved for inventory right now and builders have only been building a few at a time to not be caught holding too many.

too many people in Boise now how much water do u think is in a high desert
Bummer! The houses are on top of each other! I hate that because you hear everything all around you in the yards. Feels more like apartment living.
Lots are definitely tighter in this neighborhood.

@@moa3008very true. The home prices would also be starting closer to 1-1.5M.
I just bought a James Clyde home in this subdivision.
Congratulations! How do you like it so far?
@@LivinginBoiseTV They’ll be finished by July 15th
That's awesome. They really do a great job.
Between Willowbrook, Valor, and Pinnacle, I sure hope the supply gets out of control so the prices start to come back down.
