Ha ha..love this! Not impaired, enhanced! Amen. 🎉 Go far, then fine tune. 💕Ok.. going to rewatch your rum and whiskey pairings. Will try with whisky tonight. Hip Cuddler. Really enjoying this tea right now. ❤
I'm glad you're enjoying wine from Tokaj, Hungary, I also noticed a Unicum bottle in you're cupboard. You also noticed a hungarian name "Bence" one time in a live session. Makes me wonder why do you know so much about our little country ? 😅
@@DiaryOfATaster Ohh wow, that's good, then they probably gave you everything that defines Hungary. And probably some bad pálinka too, everyone likes to pull out their own homemade pálinka, but most of them are truly horrible and gives you headache. But some quality pálinka is truly a blessing to drink, with long lingering fruity aftertaste.
I would say that the terroir taste of Rhum would be more suited to terroir heavy teas like PuErh and Rum would be more processed teas like black and oolong but this is just wild guesses without enough pairing experience.
Seriously, this channel's so unique. Nothing else is like it, you've found your niche. keep it up as it's very enjoyable
Glad you enjoy it!
The work mind is hard to turn off when it's a passion. Fantastic video!
Don and all his 'happy little accidents' 😆
16:35 the mark of an entreprenuer. Some are more risk adverse than others
I see that Caol Ila peeking out from the back of the shelf. Big fan of that!
Yeah I enjoy that peaty goodness.
Love seeing how the sausage is made

I had a Hungarian girlfriend for many years.

Nothing tastes good after the best. I always start with what I think will be the worst, then work my way up.
I used to be the same but I have switched things and go for the best experience first - maybe it is something that happens in older age?!
That mystic tree guardian not sitting right with me gonna try it again tomorrow but the oud was nice, I do have lots of oud at home so it was nice
Funny coincidence. I just bought a bottle of Lillet to make white Negronis. Not a funny coincidence…I didn’t spill water in my cupboard.
can you recommend a Tea and Gin Pairing or a Teacocktail with Gin?
Osmanthus oolongs works with Gin
Slap da bass Man!!!! 🎸 🎸
Here’s a poser…with what tea you pair rhum vs with what tea would you pair rum?

Hydrogen water for tea?
I have not tried actually because I find the Hydrogen water has a weird taste but maybe I need to buy a better hydrogen-izing bottle.
So, when can we take a vote to rate how "elevated" you are right now?
I can guess your vote 😃
@DiaryOfATaster it takes one to know one. Cheers!
