If you can't find an office cart for your PR Packages that would match your decor, you can look at Bar Carts they can come in gold or in different colors/designs and they have a handle and are on wheels like you've described. the best advice tgat i can give you for your craft stuff is those ikea peg board; there so useful, super cute. And because you can see you stuff it make you want to use it. And it look super organized, it free spaces on the ground... i love these as you can tell

I don't want to be annoying, condescending, sound like a know it all etc. but if you're storing your makeup in the bathroom I guess it can lead to bacteria growth and products potentially expiring faster. I didn't know this myself until in one apartment I lived in with minimal storage space I stored all my cosmetics in the bathroom and some of them started looking funky bc of the humidity from the shower after a few months. It sucked and I had to throw out most of my stuff.
