    "Five reps for each, three rounds".
    Meaning each of the three combined equals one round, correct?

    I just ordered 16, 24 and 32kg bells, they should be here in a week or so. Until then using a 12kg and starting today, thanks for the reminder on the warm ups

    If you have any, and I mean any, shoulder issues. Don't do the halo. There are many better alternatives. It's an unnecessary move.

      Or you use it as light therapy since it helps you move through the range of motion under light load. Similar to the shieldcast. My shoulders feel much better now than when I was using bands for therapy doing this

    Please someone help , should i start kettlebelling 16-20-24?
    I think all of them are needed , but i can afford money only for 1 of them , what should i buy?

      Depends on how strong you are already. 16 gets light pretty fast. 24 might be too heavy for a beginner which would lead to improper form and thus injury. If your new to exercise, start with the 16. If you’ve been working out for a while, try the 20.

      20kg seems to be a good starting place for most, assuming you'll be doing mostly swings and squats

    Would we consider this warmup a full replacement for the Enter the Kettlebell warmup? Goblet squats over face the wall squats, and hip bends over pumps, halos remaining. Curious as I'm doing the Rite of Passage program.

    You look a lot stronger than me, and I just got my first kettlebell at the recommended starting weight of 16kg, but do you recommend the lighter weight for these exercises? I could probably just use my dumbbell for now... Thanks for the video.

    • @ZackHenderson
      @ZackHenderson  4 роки тому +2

      Hey Sly. By all means, you're free to start lighter, maybe with 12kg, especially for the halos. Consistency is the most important thing, and if that means lightening up, then so be it.

      @@ZackHenderson been there, I didnt want to buy 8 or 12 just for warmups lol.. goblet with DB like you said or even weightless.. halo you can do with a plate, I actualy prefer that, like 10kg
