I remember my first car which was a trueno coupe (GTS here in america) had an alternator start to go bad and I had to push start myself, even on snowy roads, looking back not sure how i managed and not sure I could do it again in my hatch if needed to, even though its a fair bit lighter than the coupe was.

Also nice seeing the Nardi in there. I think these small bits which you constantly touch make a big difference. Like when you get some cheap old shitbox and replace the steering wheel, shift knob + boot and the handbrake handle it already feels tons nicer to drive.
Sadly you can't even bolt on a random used steering wheel if it ain't TÜV certified for your specific car.
