I needed that! I’ve been running myself like crazy lately but I did have some self-care time for myself today. I had a massage and a little break while my son went to his friend’s house.

I took an intentional rest day today. I started a new supervisor position a month ago and have been going ever since. I've since gotten sick and I never get sick. I'm going to be more intentional and take rest days!
