Sometimes the knee isn’t necessarily needed in a jump especially in today’s game where refs are calling fouls if the keeper collects a ball and you get pushed
David Resendiz it does not help that it is a foul if you are seriously hurt. It is right that he always should lift his knee for protection.

He is a gk freestyler. The things he does are impressive but most of them are useless during real game situation. So kids you don't need to do those drills to become pro goalkeeper, these drills will only get you hurt. Just stick to basics.👍
