from which share holders does the ESOP's stocks come from? Does it come only from the founder's stocks (getting diluted) or does the ESOP stocks come from all shareholders including investors?
It depends on shareholders agreement. Generally all existing shareholders dilute. In startups (initial stages), only founders may be required to dilute.
