In this video, I'll show you my 6am morning routine (2024) and how I build healthy habits that set me up for a productive and successful day while finding balance with a busy schedule. Leveling up is about keeping our body, mind, skin and our relationships with ourselves and others healthy and strong. I strongly believe that waking up early, establishing my daily non-negotiables and setting up my morning routine strategically (habit stacking), I'm able to be more productive and in a clearer mindset.
