Still waiting on a Jake's Kit for this Yamaha stretch and some other projects which means work continues on the Electric Airbag Monster!
Today we modified the suspension location for clearance and trimmed out the plastic before moving the frame and parts over to powder coat.
Can't wait to get this thing back and start building it up! Just wait to see what we have coming down the pipe!
As a point of info on the bag kit...The Golf Cart Air Ride suspension is great - it can go super hard or really soft - there's a lot of movement in it... this is going to be killer for our show cart!
IT'S AWESOME!!!!

Love that grill cant wait to see this finished!!!
Mike nice red oakleys!
Thank you!!!!!
Loving the build!
Thanks! It's going to get good soon
Just remember you will not be riding around at the full aired out height. I bagged a 1970 Chevy truck I just sold with very high end parts that let me go very low. Looked awesome. But you will end up just airing out when you park and then bringing it up to ride height to drive because the suspension will be non-existent when all the air is gone. It will be horrible to drive with no air in it. (It’s horrible with too much air in too)
Looks great so far. I’m considering this kit.
We will definitely be adjusting the air pressure to find the sweet spot for ride quality! Thanks for watching and the support Todd!
If this was a train…it would be off the rails! Did you guys quit your day jobs? Asking for a friend…😂
I wish... lol. Thanks for watching Greg!
Is Joe a professional auto mechanic?
No
Cart rims have a 3/4 offset. But Polaris RZR rims have a 4/3 offset. If you can get them on without using the adaptors, they'll most likely fit under the rear guards, and you won't have to shorten the axles.
You might be able to re-drill the stud holes and change the bolt pattern for the wheels studs.
I'm pretty sure they do 15's
They'd be better on the front as well, might even save you needing to do the widebody mod, which won't be easy.
Nice thanks!
As I've said, with the Alpha body, you need to move the front end forward anyway. Be great if the rear wheels are about an inch further back as well.
I used the original bumper mount holes as well, I don't think it's two inches though, more like an inch and a half.
This thing will do around 100mph, especially if you go a 96v battery, are you sure you want to give it to your wife?
It worked and yeah it's going to fly for sure. Plans changed on the cart. It's going somewhere else when it's done now...more to follow!!
Do not use fibreglass for the wide body mods, that won't end well. 3M make a product you could use. 3M semi ridged plastic repair.
Fibreglass won't bond to the plastic properly, and will eventually fail.
You don't need that steel front bar, and it'll look better without it. Why put an off road bar on a street cart?
Plus, less weight. Less is more.
We got a body guy on the project. We'll get it done right. He eats framing nails and flares Porsches for fun so I'm sure it will be good. Don't worry about the brush guard. We're modding it, of course!
Hey Joe. Get those ear buds out of your ears. Why? Check how much radiation they admit, it'll blow what's left of your mind 😁.
Seriously though, they're not good for you.
Love you looking out for us! 🤪
