Really appreciate this! The 4 minute exfil timer on the bug missions was killing me. Edit: found out the exfil time discrepancy was because of the 100% stratagem call in time effect doubling the exfil.
There is potentially one better armor for this. The DP-40 Hero Of The Federation armor from page 5 of the free warbond has the passive effect "Democracy Protects", which gives you a 50% chance of surviving when taking lethal damage, which is utterly insane. It also prevents all damage from chest bleeding which is a nice little bonus. It is however a medium armor, so you don't get quite as much stamina.
The quit and reload was a good tip, got my run were i started by dropping on a building, had a mess up trying to destroy a small compound but got it, than just ran for a big one to laser it. Extracted with just barely 10 seconds left on the clock.
Didn’t pay enough attention to the achievement description and spent an hour doing this on helldive difficulty instead of extreme 🤦♂️. Kind of a decent way to farm the purple samples though
I used Eruptor, impact grenades, the Air Strike and 500KG alongside jetpack and managed against Terminids though it did take a couple tries until I got a good map spawn with only 11 nests to destroy. (I think you may also find 9 nests needed for mission but it's either very rare or exclusive to lower difficulty missions)
Doing this after all thr updates is insane. I went in and got hammered by meteors, turrets, and on top of all that, i was near a jammer so I couldn’t use any of my stratagems.
I crashed out trying to do this on bugs so I switched to bots. I had a crappy seed for my first planet but the second was good. I simply destroyed one heavy outpost in a mech and hauled my butt to extract
Would had got first try if my body haven't got stuck diving at the corner of a boulder, had to kill myself and it endup delaying it. But now just got it! Thanks for the vid, definitely incentivise this is possible solo hah!

Trophy states complete in under 6 minutes meaning anything under 6 min is a fail
