    • @InsideoutIndia
      @InsideoutIndia  4 роки тому

      Rusting issues can be solved by repainting that part.... about chassis, the problem is not on all bikes. We should check our bikes frequently to see if any rusting or chassis issues is happening. Bcoz these problem don’t occur all of a sudden. A good inspection will surely address the issues in proper time, rather than creating an emergency

    Led lights are good for the eyes of rider/driver but it blinds the person coming from opposite direction... And at times the reflection in rear view mirrors is annoying... I recommend led aux lights... As it gives you the freedom to use only when required

    • @InsideoutIndia
      @InsideoutIndia  4 роки тому +2

      Yes that’s a valid point and so using a projector type headlight or aux light is suggested as it has good cut off beam angles which does not disturbs the on coming traffic.

    Hello sir, can you please elaborate more about the cone set and the blue thing that you added along with cone set. What actually is it?

    • @InsideoutIndia
      @InsideoutIndia  4 роки тому +1

      Mostly older version of Himalayan have cup cone issues, like the handle bar becomes tight and feels jam while moving. This is caused because of bearings in the T-steam on which the handle bar moves becomes rusty. The stock bearing and cap are not of good quality so I have put NGK bearings which are more durable and made of good quality material. Plus I have made a larger blue cap which prevents water from entering in the cone set.

    • @InsideoutIndia
      @InsideoutIndia  4 роки тому +1

      I don’t knw if the adv390 rear rim will fit Himalayan as the hub size and structure will be different even though the tyre size are same. The best way to solve the problem of puncher for spoke rims is to use a sealing solution. I am also using the same from formula x. There are many videos on it and u can see it’s practical demo too. But I still feel that spoke wheels have better than alloys.

    • @InsideoutIndia
      @InsideoutIndia  4 роки тому

      It’s like when u want effective braking in ghats (slopes) u need to engine brake by down shifting them. Like from 4 to 3 or 2. Now if your tyres has good grip then it will hold the tyre spin while engine braking or else it will just spine without reducing the speed. A hard compound tyre provides less engine braking then a soft compound.

    Bro I am confused between KTM adventure and Himalayan...is Himalayan trust worthy and tension free bike to purchase...please advise...

    • @InsideoutIndia
      @InsideoutIndia  4 роки тому +1

      Both are good bikes but KTM adv is new in market so its really very early to tell about its trust worthy, but going by the quality its 1 step ahead of Himalayan. but again the cost of KTM is also high. So If you have a budget for KTM then buy it. Its is good bike with all latest technology.
      Yes Himalayan is trust worthy but it demands your attention. I am using Himalayan from last 3.5 years and I am Happy.

    Really liked the exhaust. I want to get one for my bike as well. It's not even a year since I got my bike, so is it ok to get this exhaust for the bike? Will I be loosing my warranty because of it?

    • @InsideoutIndia
      @InsideoutIndia  4 роки тому

      I will suggest to change the exhaust after u have completed 5k km. By this time the engine also settles down as per your riding style. About warranty i don’t think it will be affected

      This exhaust is not loud like others. So In normal city riders it will sound like stock one. But when u open the throttle it will perform and gives a nice tone too
