Regards the language skills it depends on if you work together with international stakeholders. To be honest Indian people tend to speak fast with a strong Indian accent which makes it sometimes very difficult to follow whats being said even by native English speakers or others. The same counts for people from asian countries. If you wanna work internationally and speak already good English have an additional look into the phoneme and pronunciation of English words. Especially if you think people who´re supposed to understand English have still problems to understand you. The reason is either that they don´t understand the content of what you say which is probably easy to fix if you explain what you wanna say differently or they have issues understanding your English. Unfortunately in most cultures its kind of rude to make someone aware of this issue because it might offend the other. Thus whoever reads this, take it as a hint and idea to reflect in case you applied for a job and you did not make it although you´re a highly experienced software tester. I already worked together with different international stakeholders and this is regulary a general issue. Thats why I post this comment on this great channel. Hope a lot of you testers read that because my understanding is that there are many very good testers and software developers out there who could earn a lot of money if somebody told them this language challenges before they applied for the job.
It's wonderful feedback though. I was used to be like this but later on understood this thing and now many things are changed.
