Very clever. I’m impressed with your ingenuity. Having trouble with the fact that you’re using a plastic saw horse to work on projects. How about a cool workbench video with a beautiful vise and some custom power tool storage? ✌🏼
@@RunBikeMike ya I saw that and just watched your 3rd video, sorry for the spam posts, I just bought the mulching kit for my is700z and realized it doesn't lift and well that won't do lol. Now to hunt for the Ferris FB group that you mentioned in your video.
Good job on the build. Not trying to criticize but I think the handle may not be heavy enough. I think if you was to accidentally hit something or hang up, even on something light it will bend the handles. Other than that I think you have a nice looking build.
You are right. It wasn’t heavy duty enough. Checkout part 3 were I redesigned the handle. Let me know what you think of it. I think it will be much better. Here is a link. ua-cam.com/video/bw1Q-8g5jsk/v-deo.html
I'm getting ready to build one with a push button acuuator this will be a remote controlled zero turn i added some 12" wide tires to my 42" time cutter had to get longer bolts and 20 washers on each stud to expand the tires to get around the trim
Very good job. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks and thanks for watching. I have a 3rd part coming out in the next month.
An eye bolt in the middle mounting bolt hole, coupled with a bungee chord works as well, is MUCH more simple.
Thats what i use

Nice setup
Nice diy man. Love diy
Nice job! I did something similar to my Ferris 61"
now stable was that one broom handle? I see that not being stable long term and was wondering how it holds up.
Yeah on smooth lawn it might work but for rough land it didn’t last. I updated it in my 3rd video to a much better handle.

Great job!!!
Awesome design. I see videos like this and want to try them but then run into never having the time 🤦🏼♂️.
Nice!
I need to design one to accommodate the bracket for my Accelerator grass catcher.
Make sure and checkout Part 3 of the build. I rebuild the handle.
RunBikeMike 👍
You should have used tesa outdoor tape on that Handel lol
Good job, to bad you cut that handle so short u coulda had it bent to reach it better,
Yeah. Make sure to checkout part 3 I build a better handle
What are the lengths of your poles?
22.5 inches for the pole that is on the deck and 27.5 for the handle pole that is on the chute.
