His cooldowns are already so low, it would barely make a difference since the cooldown reset is percent based and not a hard number. Essentially if you have an ability that’s 13 seconds long cool down jotunns is massive value. If your ability is 5 seconds long its value is basically nothing.
Sam got TheCoreW banned purely because he was banning Sam's picks? How disgusting... Ranked only has 2 defining features from normal matches... Just two. 1 is leaderboards/ladder, the 2nd is the ability to Ban Gods... Sam is an absolute twit for getting someone banned for a core feature of the game.. What else, using taunts, laughs, and jokes? If Smite didn't want them spammed, they'd all have a cooldown.. I can't believe Sam would perma-ban someone just because "He doesn't like them." Disgraceful.

@@nainfuego for base cd reduced to 5/6 second s that's still 1 more second on top of that. So that's still massive.
