as a manga reader, I have to say that chifuyu is indeed one of the best characters in the work, so keep an eye on him, a super charismatic character and he will be one of the best duos in the work, chifuyu and takemichi

But the moment where I realized that he was my favorite was when he died for Takemichi in the future and and then as you said, accepted the time travel thing without a doubt. Bc they are partners as he said and he trusted Takemichi :'). I could write so much about why I love specific charakters, (or more like Chifuyu :D) but I'm gonna stop here XD
I dont usually think about it too much, but to be honest Chifuyu is literally the very definition of a good boy. Literally in the same range as Okuyasu
I've waited for his anime debut to hear what kind of voice he'll gonna have. And I'm not disappointed. I love it.
Yes, I didn't expect him to have such a deep voice, I always imagined him with somewhat higher, but it really fits him. The more I hear it the better it gets

I have to say the first person which impressed me was Draken and later Mikey turned to be my favorite character. I love both of them very much because they are such so good written characters. Nevertheless I now have to say that Chifuyu is without doubt my favorite character of this Anime. He‘s a so kind and lovely person who is so loyal towards his friends especially to Baji. I can tell 1000 more reasons why he‘s my favorite but that should be clear and easy to understand.
Anyways it’s kinda funny that Chifuyu is my favorite character and Takemichy the character I hate the most in this anime but both are very good friends.
I don’t know maybe Takemichy will turns into a nice character in the next chapters which I have to read yet but to be honest he is so a big cry baby who can just cry and scream and he is so annoying in my eyes. I don’t like him at the moment but however maybe he will be have a good and realistic character development in the future. If not I can never start liking him
Takemichi isn't strong and he's a crybaby despite that I still like him for his efforts ,he wants everyone to have a happy ending. he never gives up I think takemichi is strong in his own way
