Well you're doing better than me , 😊😀😂 thanks for the advice , I will try it , just moved and not had much luck with seeds this year .
Hi Alison. The secrets to successful seed germination are 1) Keep warm 2) Keep moist (but not wet) 3) Keep in a bright place (but not direct sunlight) when germinated. 4) Always use new compost preferably a type that is made for seedlings.
@@LearnHow2 Thanks for you're advice, will try next year 😊

You are very welcome. Keep safe.
great would be good to know when you start sowing and time frames from seed to picking . is there any feeding when in the ground. when you say keeping seedlings after leaf form and transfer warm are they in a glass house , in the middle of summer, or heat mat.
Hi Bella. I sowed indoors mid March, put the pots out in the day for a week when the danger of any frost had passed and brought in at night. Then planted in the ground but no feeding given thereafter. If your soil is devoid of nutrients it would be best to feed every couple of weeks.
Hello from Texas! Did you keep the tray of seeds indoor or inhouse after sowing them? And when do you start bringing them outside? Thank you!
Greetings from England! I keep them indoor until the risk of any frost has passed. I then leave outside in the day and bring in at night for a week. Following this I plant outside.
Thank you so much, wonderful 👌👌👍☺️

Thank you for your detailed guidelines on gardening. A humble request, could you please ask your programmer to raise the sound and if possible, also look into audio quality? I really want to hear everything clearly in your videos. Thanks again.
Thanks for your comment. I am a one man operation doing everything from growing, filming, narration etc. I will try to get the sound better.

Old English Garden Tour : ua-cam.com/video/CrcdGn9elOM/v-deo.html | One Garden Center, Recycles wooden flats from colorscaping, covers
w/ fine chicken wire/ sphagnum moss and plants out one side with annuals-houseplants, hooks up to drip irrigation. Colorscaping would affix to the wooden flats and grow and spill out over the flat, trailing between 24”-36”. Remind me of today world of Living Wall Garden landscapes. Yesteryears, planted out flats would sell between $100-$250 per flat. My favorites: Nemesia, staghorn ferns, trailing dichondra, impatiens, tuber begonias, dwarf coleus, caladiums. Finished flats were perfect for small entryways, courtyard and patios. | Many fine home gardens are on the May Garden Tour: HeardsGardenTour.com
Super sir
Thank you for taking time to give your appreciation.
Are these aster only use compost to grow it?
I have just started my Asters with seeds. Which other perennial flowers would you recommend that would look nice when planted along with Asters?
👍👍👍👍👍
I don't understand why 240 desagree with the video, for me it seems very good, very ilustrative. I learn a lot about this plant.
Thank you for your appreciation.

Thank you for your comment. I will look into growing winter flowers and your other suggestions.
Wow 😯 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘👍

Nice video.. please suggest what's the best season or month to sow the seeds of Aster?
May
I really like your videos. I wish you mentioned your zone or general area and also mention when you are starting them. I could then calculated and get an idea of when to plant in my area/zone.
Thank you for your appreciation. I cannot give specific zone advice as people from all around the world watch these videos and it would be impossible to cover all areas. However I do advise to look at your seed packet for planting times as this will be tailored to your zone. Good luck with your growing.
@@LearnHow2 Yes, I understand that you can't advise on all zones but if you mention your zone, people can make the calculation in their mind to get a rough idea about their own zone.
Anyway, enjoying your videos so good luck to you as well :)
Can i just use seed from original flower?
It can survive with just soil?
Is it like warm weather?
👏
