either the decision to make noise playable in this build was made right before releasing it, so they didn't have time to put these songs, or these songs weren't made as of this build's release

​​@@JogG4DX pesto and distasteful anchovi existed way before this for noise. in this build, noise is just a peppino reskin. instead of being "character = N", noise is "character = P" and "ispeppino = 0". you can play as the actual noise in this build though, with pesto and jam-packed radical anthem
