The buffalo is used to be the main income source for the family (up-to 5k usd per animal). Nowadays the people here have income from tourism as well. You guys are helping to lift many people from poverty. Thank you so much!
I love those water buffaloes! They have the friendliest faces. I would totally pet all of them.
@@doodahgurlie they are really friendly. You can pet them or play with them. If the owner allows, you can even clim on them (children in old Vietnam usually slept on water buffaloes while taking care of them) but make sure you're not too heavy.
That’s very interesting indeed. We never knew that the buffaloes would provide that type of income. Thanks for the information and we’re glad we can help!
@@AttilaAndZae raising the buffaloes take at least 3 years to get to that size, that is why it costs lots of money. It is mainly only sold to pay for the family’s children education & major events.
Thanks! Great video. Ha Giang is a very remote province of Vietnam and you guys are awesome for going and exploring that region.
Thank you so much Vinh. We have been looking forward to exploring this part of Vietnam for a while and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We wish we had more time.
Watch "Cobra Kai" and learn... that snake will fear you!! lol.
Another great video.
That was definitely a scary looking snake 😱 🐍
That was definitely a cobra my friends 😲
Love that your trip is consisting of local exploration and getting to know the culture you’re in.
Also props on finding your UA-cam “voice”- the videos are getting better in quality and content as you go to new places!
What a great adventure! I'm sure you guys had a blast even if the ride was challenging to say the least. And that snake was a cobra something you don't want to mess with. As a nature lover myself I enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Thank you for bringing us along, can't wait to see part 2.
Thank you so much for watching, we’re so glad you are enjoy the video. Also, thank you so very much for the coffees ❤️☕️
This is such an amazing adventure. It's sad that no one is seeing it.
Guys. Insane!!!!! Best episode yet. Those B rolls though! Insane! Insane! Insane! What an adventure. I can’t take it, so so good. 😭😭😭
Thank you so much ❤️❤️
That was a cobra snake that you came across at the end good thing you kept it at a distance.
Yeah, definitely a scary snake. I couldn’t think of the name when we first saw it and I said it was a viper, but later when I looked on Google, I realized it was a cobra 🐍. Very scary 😱 😳
Beautiful scenic view! ❤️
I’ve seen videos of Ha Giang loop before so I know beautiful it is but your videos with the drone shots and many stops impress the heck out of me. Those green villages in the valleys in the mountain top look so peaceful. Thank you for taking the time to video this wonderful area if Northern Vietnam and for posting it so that we can enjoy it. Take care
No problem, thank you so much for watching!
Amazing trip! I love to do Ha Giang loop one day. With all the road construction now I think the road will be better in the future
The roads were better than we expected, we highly recommend doing the loop!
My favourite video so far! Really great!
We’re so happy you’re loving it!! 😊
That cave was all kinds of awesome! I think you guys should come back in the future to only do a nature tour which includes all the caves, waterfalls, mountains, etc. :) I love how the cave isn't just walking sedately, you basically have to bend and crawl into the belly of darkness. How far does the cave go? Can you imagine being the only ones in there and your battery runs out? Yikes! That would be an adventure, indeed. 😄
There was a wooden path for you to walk on, you couldn’t really explore the cave outside of that since all of the stalagmites and stalactites were so big and deep into the cave!
Ha Giang loop really famous now. I hope they can keep it “green and wild”
Wow what a trip! I’ll definitely have to do this when I get to VN. I love you guys! Thanks for sharing my beautiful country.
Thank you so much for watching!!
The editing is wonderfully done. This channel will grow exponentially. This was even more dangerous than driving in Egypt.
Way more beautiful and lots more fun, though. 😁
Thank you so much, Nick!
The kids are going there with their mothers, the flowers & headbands are for pictures with tourists.
I wish I could go there and shower them with money. Someday tourism will come back maybe possibly.
We hope that you’ll be able to make it out as well Nick, it’s incredible.
Thank you for the information Hài 😊
That was a beautiful journey, guys. Stunning mountain views and village scenaries. You guys are really living the life right now (post-pandemic), so enjoy and safe travels. Love your videos.
Thank you so much 🙏❤️
Thank you for sharing this beautiful video. You guys are really adventurous. You see Vietnam 🇻🇳 more than me as a Vietnamese. I left the country when I was younger. I didn’t have a chance to visit many places . I am envied with you. I hope one day I will be able to see and do a trip like you. Have fun and stay safe.
Thanks for another wonderful comment Tom! We also hope you will be able to return to Vietnam and explore, because it’s an incredible country. 🇻🇳 ♥️
This region is so beautiful. Wish I had time to visit when I was in VN. Thanks for showing us!
Thank you for watching ❤️
Absolutely love the video. The sceneries are gorgeous! And you guys definitely deserve more views!
Thank you so mych Anh! We’re working 24/7 on these videos and your wonderful comments encourage us to keep going. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
I'm Vietnamese, welcome to Vietnam
Thank you ❤️
What an epic adventure! Safe travels guys
An epic adventure indeed! Thank you for your comment and support 🙏🏼
Thank you! Wellcome to VN
Thank you so much 🙏🏼
Wow, those trees are so serene. Stay safe and enjoy the trip.
Thank you Truong 🙏🏼 ☺️
What a challenge. Hopefully by next few years the construction is over making the trip smoother.
You two are adventure people, i like that . Hope you had a good time in VIETNAM so far , Enjoy your trip .
We’ve had an incredible time in Vietnam! We spent more time here than any other country we’ve visited so far! 🇻🇳 ♥️
What an amazing start to your Ha Giang Loop trip! I'm so glad you guys are doing this and you guys got some amazing footage in so far. Scenery is absolutely spectacular! Attila, quit whining, Zae is running up and down all those stairs with that backpack, dude! You need to work out more to filter all that caffeine from your system. This is good for your health and your heart. 😁
He was complaining because he was doing the driving and it was taking more of a toll on his body. It’s definitely a hard adventure!
adventurous and courageous guys !
Thank you so much!
Nice to see you again in this video, I thought the next video would be in Hanoi but to my surprise, you all went to Ha Giang. It seems to be the first time seeing you guys driving motorbikes by yourself, especially on one of the most dangerous and beautiful roads in Vietnam. Be safe. Good luck to all !
We have part 2 of this video coming out really soon and then it will be the Hanoi video after. We decided to do it this way because we also went to Halong Bay before leaving Vietnam and it worked out better this way.
Amazing trip.
Thank you 🙏🏼 ☺️
Love the way your video content is presented about Ha Giang. I wish I could be a member of your team, you know 😂
Thank you so much, we’re happy you enjoyed the video. Maybe once our channel grows large enough, we’ll start adding people to our team 👀
Good video ,i like it ,chúc hai bạn có chuyên đi khám phá bằng xe máy an toàn
Cảm ơn 🙏
Someone mentioned in another video I watched that the checkpoint person only starts at a certain time so they would leave before the checkpoint person arrives in order to bypass that obstacle.
We started at 9am, we believe you’d have to leave before 6:30am to avoiding the check point(when it was happening)
chúc các bạn du lịch vn vui vẻ.
Haha. Great job, guys. I know you were a tired, but the untimate reward is climbing up the tower where you stand next to the flag. From there you'll have the birds eye view of the entire area, which would be really amazing.
I took this trip back in 2013 and the road was bad then. I'd expect things to get better by now.. but oh well.. good luck with the rest of the trip.
The roads were better than we expected to be honest and it was such an amazing journey, worth every bit of pain in the end!
The locals are very honest and nice
Yes they are! We had a great experience 😊
Great video
We appreciate the kind comment, we’re glad you enjoyed it 😊
Great video guys, which month you were there?
Wow! Cool! You guys are great!....and very patient(with the road construction)though u really had no choice. Nice to see current videos. I'm planning on flying to HCMC the 30th of Dec 2022 and taking around a year and going all over SE Asia. Were u in SE Asia before COVID? I was there in 2011/12 for 6 months. If u were there pre-COVID how does it compare? Not a snake expert.....but that I believe was a King Cobra! Yikes! Thanx Attila and Zae! Great/fun video! See u in the jungle!
We have never been to SEA before. This is our very first time and we have been loving it. We had a great time in every country we visited so far and we can’t wait to explore more!
This is famous loop in the world
Yes 🙌🏼 we can definitely see why. It’s absolutely stunning 🤩
What is the stop at 30:15?
That forest looks gorgeous!
The forest is called Yen Minh Pine Forests and it was definitely gorgeous!
@@AttilaAndZae Thanks so much!!
Your video is really great, I've added Yen Minh to my list & subbed to your channel!
Thank you so much Henry, we’re glad you enjoyed it and good luck with the loop! You’re going to absolutely love it 😊
Where are the tour guides for the cave? 😂 Pretty sure that was a cobra ... Living the dream! Keep 🎥 Stay safe on the road guys!
Our cruise guide was the cave guide too😂 thank you so much, we appreciate the support 🙏❤️
To be honest, the garbage thing happens everywhere in Vietnam. It's a recurring problem that all of us are trying to solve, and it's probably the most annoying thing about living here. Unfortunately, some people just think that garbage will magically disappear or something, I can't really get what's going on inside their minds.
One thing we noticed, not only in Vietnam but everywhere we have visited (that has a garbage problem), is that there are never any garbage bins to throw your trash out in. We feel that people would be more likely to not litter if there was ways of disposing your trash.

Hi, beautiful video! did you guys do it on an automatic motorbike or a semi-automatic bike?
We did it on a semi-automatic 😊 We talked about this at the start of the video.
Great drone footage, which one do you fly?
Thank you Rj, we use the DJI Mini 2 currently. When we were in Sri Lanka, we unfortunately lost our DJI Mavic 2 Pro to nature and we miss it dearly.
You definitely need a international driver licence to ride a motorbike in Vietnam. Otherwise the travel insurance will be not covered if anything accidents occurs. Enjoy your rides guys and good luck on the road!!
Thank you!!
Cool video.. What cc are the motobikes? Im going to vietnam in december for 2 months. I want to do this route but my licence only covers me for up to 50cc
Attila doesn’t have a motorcycle license, we do have in international license which they didn’t ask to see anyways. But 50cc is not enough to be able to do this route, ours was 125cc and it was struggling trying to make it up hill at some points. Also, we rented a semi-automatic which you need!
50cc is not for traveling long distance.
If you need a bike, just rent one that cover long distances. Some places will just ask for document like passport, driver license…just drive safe. If get caught, bribe the cop :) with $$$ and go on your way.
@@vinhmai8754: “bribe the cop 👮♀️” very BAD advice. You’re intention is good for suggesting a way to solve a small inconvenience. However, please know that the terminal cancer of bribery if not cure can end up taking the life of the nation of VN along with its population of 100 millions !
To everyone who reads this message: please do NOT bribe anyone what-so-ever. You would be committing a crime. The government is trying v hard to rid VN of this infectious disease called BRIBERY. It’s making good progress but it needs everyone’s participation. Also, please do NOT give $$ to child/adult beggars (if there’s any left). Cty like Đà Nẵng got rid of that problem a while back. Please do the right thing, if not, you’re festering the disease 🦠 and make the situation worse for your future visits and for other tourists. Thank you 🙏
@@vinhmai8754 Xúi họ hối lộ là bậy rồi .
Me and a friend will travel to Ha Giang and take the 4-day loop. I'm gonna be using a Honda 150 XR- It's what they call a 'dual' (meaning on-road & off-road) a bike designed for long distance travel and can handle both paved road treks and light off-road terrains: wide seats and longer than the average semi automatics, excellent suspension travel , larger tires, full manual transmission. If you're a tall person this bike is to me is best for long distance comfort riding. Cheers!
That snake looks very cobra-y to me (remember during Tim and Fin's cave adventure with the horned viper). Yikes! I cannot believe Zae wanted to get close to it. Good thing it didn't feel threatened. BTW, which takes more of your fan money percentage-wise, youtube or buymeacoffee?
That was definitely and cobra and Zae was kidding 😅 also, nothing takes more than youtube(45%) 😬
@@AttilaAndZae Damn...youtube takes 45% of what your fans contribute? That's beyond crazy! I'll never do donation through here again. I'll buy coffees if given a choice, then.
I don’t think youtube takes any percentage of donations from fans, they take 45% from adsense which is the ads played on the videos.
@@AttilaAndZae Okay, just out of curiosity, I had to google a bit, but it looks like the Super Thanks option that's on your channel, youtube takes 30%, which is the same as Super Chats. That's a rip off since Super Chats give you live interactions and lots more options when contributing like getting pinned, etc. UA-cam shouldn't take more than 10% from someone watching one of your videos and wanting to thank you with a donation.
We agree, but at least they provide this wonderful platform for us to be able to post and for you guys to watch.
What time of the year did you do this?
THIS JOURNEY IS REALLY DIFFICULT FOR YOU ,YOU BOTH HAVE TRIED MUCH .GOOD LUCK. TRY YOUR BEST.
We did try hard, it was difficult, and it was AMAZING!
It is an awesome road trip in Viet Nam
FYI...Rule #1 when eating food- especially Meat and Poultry leave outside at a temperature less than 45 degrees F or 8 degrees celsius. Hot or VERY HOT in Asia Countries...For that meaning anywhere in the world...
if Food is sat outside for more than 30 mins you eat at your own RISK...(as Bateria starts to build up after 25 mins).
The Best WAY is to wait for People to cook them from FRESH...not Already cooked, then RE-COOK or re-heat up for a few mins...Bateria is still inside...Please think common sense. Same as some fruit drinks as well- especially Coconut in those liquid drinks.
but Coconut juice direct from Coconut on the tree cut off and open up Fresh is PERFECT. Hot or Ice Coffee is good.
Thank you so much for the wonderful tips!!
🤟🇻🇳👍
❤️
Which month did you travel there?
April 😁
If you are using a motobike to travel to remote villages watch out for robbery by local policement. see this story for more details: ua-cam.com/video/_S0zHSfCcOI/v-deo.html
Wearing of hard hats is a must though when entering caves. Be careful guys.
Thank you 🙏🏽
