    Brilliant! So tired of the canned preservative garbage from the store and don't have time to make big batches of jam! While this may not be a traditional jam, where the sugars are cooked until just before the soft-ball stage to thicken it--the end result of a beautiful blueberry compote that is spreadable on toast with all that amazing flavour...I can't wait to make this! Thank you!

    I presume you can double this? .. also does it need to be kept refrigerated after ?

      You sure can double it this recipe will make a small jar. You should refrigerate it once cooled. It will last up to 2-3 weeks great questions.
