Nice guys those spaniards. No hot blood, no provocations, nice shake hand a the end of the game. Big like from Slovenia to Spain. You can't even imagine what that win ment for Slovenia, you need to know that we have a population of only 2 million people and to beat great Spain in any sport with a ball is a huge huge achievement for us, let alone in basketball.
Llevo viendo baloncesto desde ke era niño y sobre todo a esta generación dorada 🥇 de españa. Y jamás me vi(ni sikiera con 🇺🇸 excluyendo un juego ke nos ganaron de + de 30 en fase de grupos de pekin 2008), tan impotente ante un rival. Realmente fue un expectaculo como jugasteis ese día, menuda paliza. En él fondo no voy a negar ke aunque sufrí, también disfrute y me alegre x vosotros por lo bien que jugasteis y sobre todo x lukita doncic! (soy del Madrid). Un abrazo desde España amigo

Don’t gotta imagine it anymore 😄 Luka didn’t play exceptionally but his team picked it up and went on a crazy run
rewatching this, concentrating on luka, you can see his high IQ and Big Body put to good work. Yet, a loooooooot of defensive lapses like not stopping Rubio on the Fastbreak leading to the Gasol Dunk, not properly rotating Prior to the Gasol Corner Three, losing track of San Emeterio a few times early in the 2nd half, thus not properly Boxing out. I hope Coach Carlisle will make him put more effort into being at least an average Defender, cause he has to account for his athletic disadvantages on the NBA level

well, because slovenia has a mercenary called Randolph, and many nations in Europe hates that kind of mentality. We see more and more " fake national players " .. and that is just to deshonor a victory. Like Teodosic said: " if my country accepts to do that, I will never play for my country again".
Slovenia won, it was a great game. However, the fact that they decided to recruit someone for their national team ... just horrible to see. At this time, we'll get the same problem as we get with the handball.. many strangers playing just for the money and not for the country.
Slovenia only recruited one player, because the other Dragić is injured and some of them from NBA weren't able to come play for their team, also Slovenia has only 2 million people, props to them for pulling together the whole great team except Randolph, and also Randolph isn't the big dog of the team that pulls them forward, Dragić, Dončić and Prepelič are.
Slovenia has 2 mio gene pool while Spain has 46 mio people to pick from. Is it then fair that Zlatan Ibrahimovič plays football for Sweden?

Don't know where are you coming from but Spain has a history of using foreign players in their national team like Ibaka or Mirotic and noone seemed to care when they won medals with such players. Educate yourself before you speak or "someone will go to war" with you just because "someone (in that case you) is wrong on the internet." Btw, every european nation can have one foreign player naturalized regardless of connection to that particular nation. Peace ;)
