Hi Nina. Enjoying your videos, I'm a new subscriber! I hate to see the plants arrive that way. I don't think it's shipping as much as it is the way they're wrapped and packaged. Sometimes it's done neglectfully. Leaves mashed against the paper, no fluff inbetween to fully cover the leaves. Placing the fluff over the soil then wrapping with plastic wrap does not protect those leaves. That replacement box should be sent back! I would definitely tell them off! Thanks for sharing. I know not to order from 365! Dee, NY
