    Today we will be watching Officina Battaglin’s mechanic as he assembles a custom Power+ EVO bike.
    Step by step.
    First, Alex will introduce this dream bike.
    The frame is a custom Power+ EVO 2020, the first steel frame in the world that features an integrated cockpit with fully hidden cable routing.
    We designed the frame geometry to the owner’s specifications, and customized the paint scheme with 2 different cromovelato colors - orange and black.
    The full build includes a SRAM Red eTap AXS 12-speed groupset, the Deda Elementi SL45 carbon clincher wheels, and Deda Elementi parts in matching finish.
    After this short introduction, our mechanic will take center stage.
    From routing the brake cables through the handlebars to fine-tuning the rear derailleur, every single step of the process has been documented.

    I always loved Italian work, when it comes to building bikes. I own a Bianchi 928L myself. (2007) still enjoying it. Steel is real. Thanks for sharing Officina Battaglin ( Alex).

    Beauty! The only part which could be improved is the FD clamp (instead of braze-on) which looks out of place on such a classy bike.

    Is the BB shell always TIG welded (as it looks like the case here) for extra stiffness and strength?

    Nice bike 👍interesting front fork allowing for internal Cable rooting is that Front fork made bye Columbus as I assume the steel tubing is Columbus.

      The tubing is Columbus, the fork is not - actually, for the 2021 production we developed our own carbon fork 🇮🇹

    The steep angle stem looks weird on this custom measurement frame, it leaves a lot of spacers. Was that a specific requirement from the customer or a constrain with the stem/fork system combination. Frame and build looks great as usual, even matching grease color on the built :)

      Hi Simon, all our framesets are designed without spacers because, as you said, they're custom. However, when we assemble the bike we prefer to add some extra spacers to give the customer the possibility to try a different position before cutting the fork. Once the fork is cut, you can't go back! This way the customer can test different positions and find the perfect feeling. If the customer asks us to cut the fork, you won't see any spacers.

    I'm sorry but I had to give a thumbs down on this build, it has a SRAM group on it which in my opinion has down graded the performance this bike could have offered.
