These figures are so great, I'm excited to finish the line. They're definitely on the expensive side, but worth it in my opinion. Great review as always.
So,so Glad these Re Relese figures came out and look just as good as the first. The Original set from Japan are SUPER EXPENSIVE Can't wait to get all five for myself
Thank you for this video. I do want to know if the armor for the Sentinel brand is made like the Bandai figures. Is it that same heavy plastic they used?
It's a heavier type of plastic, it definitely feels more rigid. I haven't handled a Bandai Ronin in a long time to really remember how that felt, though.
For the arrow hand the producer suggests to leave the hand in hot water (30°C) for about 45 seconds before putting the arrow in. Hairdryer is another option. My solution is to use Seiji left hand with the large grip. Way better than the finger pointing one (never seen on screen).
I ho-e one day we get a line of these guys that don’t armor up. Theres plenty of design points in the armor where you could hide articulation if it wasn’t for the figure beneath (And no one displays these guys without armor anyway)
Just got in the bandai armor plus reissue and the sentinal sage and have to say for a first time buyer the bandai still holds up well, better than the sentinal imo.. never new there was so much diecast in them and their cheaper than sentinals..
@@kangjhha I've got all 6 of those bandai figures. Love them, but the diecast was probably a bad idea in the long run. The figures' hip joints can't take the stress. That or the hips are just poorly made. I hope the reissues fixed that problem.
@@pascruelman I still can't decide between sentinel or bandai, I mean bandai shiny armor is irresistible, but I got a feeling that sentinel is more playable n more durable for the long run
@@paundrabima5362 Bandai's diecast armor is nice, but in my own experience, those (ball) hip joints on the figures will break your heart in a few years if not sooner. I knew about it and I still bought them. There was some guy on ebay (don't remember who) that made replacement joints because the diecast figures hip joints were notorious for splitting (like my inferno & Kento), cracking (like my Sage), and flat out breaking (like my Cye). All of that was from them just being on display. They weren't even posed. I couldn't. The armor was just too heavy for the base figure. But these Bandai's are reissues, so they might've fixed that problem. However, I did get the Sentinel figures (not Inferno). Love 'em. They're smaller and lighter, but I do miss the weapons not being as shiny and...robust??? Solid, I guess??? The bandai weapons were more impressive. I had Sentinel's Sage carrying Bandai's sword for a while because of all that shiny goodness. It's a tad too big (all the weapons were). But still Sentinel felt like the overall better figure. Even the character faces looked better (to me). As far as durability, because they're lighter and smaller...they seem more durable than the ones made out of metal if that makes sense. Sentinel's Ryo's fallen off the shelf a few times and he's ok. If a bandai figure fell, I just know I would've been...well, I would've been upset. Just be mindful of the smaller pieces. Sentinel's armor pieces very well COULD come off while you play or pose them, but I don't feel like they'd really BREAK OFF. NOT TO SAY THAT THEY WON'T. Some pieces MIGHT fit a little looser or tighter. Cye's armor gave me HELL...so did one of his hands. Almost lost the tip of his trident too. JUST BE MINDFUL. Then again, Ronin Warrior toys have always been a little wonky, but I feel WAY more comfortable with the sentinel figures. If I had to do it over....I would've still bought the Bandai's because I wouldn't have known any better, BUT AFTER THAT...I'd still go with Sentinel. Hope this helps.
Touma will arrive soon! And the less I can say is...Beautiful in everyway possible. Sentinel did a fantastic job in terms of fidelity, the design is perfect. The price is high but the quality is here. Between Sentinel and the Bandai Armor Plus, it's clearly an another world and the armor plus are too fragile in despite of Sentinel version.
I really hope they do the Dark Warlords and Talpa too. Heck, The Ancient One and Lady Kayra would be awesome too.

So these three (Sage, Ryo & Ronin) are Chodankado but the two Armor Plus figures (Cye & Shuu) that are on BBTS are from a totally different line?
Yep. Those 2 and the Inferno armor are reissues from the bandai armor plus line.

❤these are expensive figures. But good looking😊
Not sure if you know, maybe you do... but if dont, look up for Saint Seiya EX figures. They are also awesome.

did you buy this from BBTS? i was wondering if BBTS sells this line with english or japanese text on the art box
bbts sells it with eng text. you can still pre-order rowen. ryo and sage are sold out.
@@drunkbygreentea thank you! Yeah I preorder them. Just missing the red ryo, I hope they rerelease it
@@tony1199 apparently sentinel are infamous for not doing reissues. kinda sucks...the only wildfire ryos you can find now are on ebay for $500+.
@@drunkbygreentea seriously? Holy shit. Damnit. I guess I’m going to have to drop some serious money to complete this line. Thanks for the info!
It'll come out one day. I'm almost sure of it.
That is a lock of hair on the front of his face, not a tuft.
wow the figure looks incredible, but it's just way too expensive for me
Is this guy hitting POL at BBTS yet?
Been on big bad for a while
I love these so much but just cannot justify the price for this whole set : (
There worth it. The Original set run up to 1000$ each
Buy them only one at a time.
